Dana Rayne McCants-Sterrett is a multifaceted creative, vocal coach, and visionary entrepreneur dedicated to helping others find freedom in their voice and confidence in their calling. As the founder of Free V.O.I.C.E. LLC—which stands for Voice, Confidence, & Encouragement. Dana empowers aspiring singers and creatives to break free from perfectionism, overcome fear, and uncover the unique sound God has placed within them.
Blending holistic vocal training with soul-nurturing guidance, Dana offers both in-person and virtual coaching that supports not just vocal technique, but also inner confidence, authenticity, and spiritual growth. Her coaching style is rooted in encouragement, faith, and practical skill-building. Her studio is a safe space where voices are strengthened, hearts are affirmed, and boldness is born.
Outside the studio, Dana is also an author, devotional writer, and recording artist. Her upcoming book, The Dreamer’s Voice: A 31-Day Devotional for Creatives, invites singers, artists, and dreamers to hear God more clearly, choose progress over perfection, and partner with the Creator in their own creative journey. She’s currently developing additional resources, including a vocal training workbook and community initiatives like Free Voices, created to inspire and equip a new generation of confident, Spirit-led creatives.
Dana’s mission is deeply personal. As a teacher, mentor, and dreamer herself, she knows the weight of imposter syndrome, weariness, and self-doubt. Her heart is to help others sing, speak, and create with boldness, freedom, and joy.
When she’s not coaching or writing, you can find Dana in the kitchen trying out a viral recipe, spending time with her family, or sharing prayers and encouragement with her online community.
